What To Do When The Pressure Is All Around You
Okay so what do we do when it seems like the pressure of Life is All Around Us? First Turn around three times then grab a pillow hold it up to your mouth and scream in the pillow three times. Feel better already? Are you at least smiling? Good! Now that we have done that let's get to work here. Take a deep breath and clear your head. Let the grocery list go, the yelling teenagers & the demanding husband, wife or significant other. No thoughts...empty out. Sit still for (3) min and breathe gently in..& ..out...in &...out, find your happy place. Think of at least (3) times when you have been in a crisis and somehow miraculously help arrived. Picture each of them in your mind for at least (3) mins, until you are breathing with ease and Filled with gratitude...Thanks.
